The baby travel essentials ✈️ Voted for by YOU guys...

Thanks so much for all your suggestions on what to take on a first holiday with toddlers/ young children & as promised here they are. BTW we’re not suggesting you need all of this, these are just the ideas that came up the most!

• Ipad
• Utilise Boots Click & Collect at the airport for nappies, wipes, formula etc
• Milton Steriliser tablets or microwavable steriliser/ bottles
• Portable blackout blind
• Small paddling pool - (I think this was actually suggested the most!) Fill it with toys and cool water on the beach
- First Aid Kit - Calpol sachets, constipation meds, Rescue spray, thermometer, baby piriton for bites
- Cheap pair of sunglasses for when they want to play with yours
- Water nappies
- Portable fan (Can also get ones that spray water)
- UVA protected tent
- Sun hats
- UV wetsuit
- Inflatable (Ideally one with a roof for shade)
- Aqua/ non slip socks for around the pool
- Travel cot
- Night light/sound machine (ideally what they are used to at home)
- Cooling spray
- Talcum powder to get off any sand
- Bags to categorise items for easier access when you arrive
- Toys they've never seen before & introduce over the holiday
- Travel cushion/cover for highchairs
- Blow up bath
- Mosquito net
- Small containers to store food/snacks
- Teething necklace for the flight
- Cool bag
- Travel wash for when you run out of clean clothes
- Baby sling - If you check your buggy in you may have a long walk off the plane to the carousel
- Small pillow for the plane
- Lower tog sleeping bag
• Bottle/ dummy for landing & take off to help babies ears
• Something with the smell of home on it so a cot sheet, comforter etc
• An easy fold down stroller that ideally fits on the plane
• Ready made food pouches
